Experienced physiotherapist providing expert advice, treatment, and patient-centered exercise therapy for a variety of sports and work-related injuries,
post-operative rehabilitation, weakness, or pain.
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1994 from Brighton University and went on to specialize as a 'musculoskeletal' physiotherapist working in a variety of hospitals and going on to gain my MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Healthcare from Keele University.
I have broad experience working in a variety of settings with a wide range of patients from rugby clubs to elderly care homes and have gained a wealth of experience providing NHS Physiotherapy Services for a number of Medical Practices in Shropshire for the past 15 years.
I use a variety of hands-on therapies and rehabilitation techniques, drawing from disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, McKenzie, and Maitland therapies, working to rebalance the body and regain control and function.
I have a special interest and extensive experience in post-injury and post-operative rehabilitation - work-related and sport-specific; Spinal injuries; aches and pains of both upper and lower limbs and Chronic pain management.
